This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Vouchers are nonextendable. Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. A 10% service levy is included in this voucher, with 100% of this charge being distributed to staff. Voucher valid 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
