The voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary. Vouchers are non extendable. Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
